1. General provisions

This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data (ZRU-547, 02.07.2019).

The operator processing personal data is the administration of the Glowi online store. The policy applies to the site, all of its sections and to the checkout process.

2. Data we collect

We collect the minimum amount of data needed to provide our services:

• First and last name, phone number — to register you and place your order.
• Delivery address: street, house and apartment number — to deliver your order.
• Email address — to send order status updates and notifications (if provided).
• Order history, items in your cart and wishlist, and reviews you leave.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and site navigation statistics.

3. Payment data

We do not collect or store your full card number, its expiry date or CVV code. Payments are handled by licensed payment providers on their own secure pages.

Only the payment result — successful or not — and the order amount are returned to us.

• Accepting, processing and delivering your order.
• Notifying you about the order status by SMS, phone call or email.
• Creating your account and keeping sign-in secure.
• Answering requests and questions sent to customer support.
• Improving the site and tailoring the assortment and recommendations.
• Sending information about discounts and promotions where you have consented.
• Meeting obligations required by law.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies to work correctly, in particular for the selected language (lang), the selected currency (currency) and the sign-in session (access_token).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features — the cart, the wishlist and signing in — may then stop working correctly.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only in the following cases and only to the extent required:

• With delivery services — the name, phone number and address needed to hand over the order.

• Data is kept on protected servers and traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Access to the data is restricted to staff who need it for their work.
