Delete account

You can delete your account without signing in. Enter your phone number, confirm the code we send by SMS, and the account is removed.

Before you delete

  • The account is removed for good and the action cannot be undone.
  • Sessions on every device end, and your cart and wishlist are lost.
  • Orders and payments are kept for accounting, but they are no longer linked to your account.
  • The phone number is freed immediately — you can sign up with it again, but nothing from the old account carries over.
